Japan Root Herb Association

Situation
A new-field association built around the vitality held in plant roots had to be created from the planning stage.
Involvement
Designed the association concept and the business model (certification courses, workshops, traditional Thai therapy tours), built the brand world, and planned and produced the official website root-herb.com (100+ facility guide, English version).

ONE ME TREATS (DILLACT Inc.)

Situation
There was not yet a culture of bringing a souvenir home to the dog waiting there, so the brand had to be positioned from scratch.
Involvement
Working from the concept 「小さな旅の、おすそわけ。」 (“A small share of a little journey.”), handled brand concept design, naming and the packaging world end to end. Market validation ran as a pop-up at Naha Airport, starting in Okinawa.

Situation
The local government was considering founding a citizens’ university to revitalize the region.
